AS OF NOV 9, 2026Customers call directly to the MTA Call A Ride Call Center (866-535-8781) or use the MTA Call A Ride Mobile App to book your trip. Customers no longer book or call providers directly.
What this means for you
- Customers can prepay using their credit/debit cards.
- Customers only need to present their Mobility ID Card for service.
- Customers will be asked for an electronic signature.
- Wheelchair customers can now book trips using our WAV (Wheelchair Access Vehicle).
- New providers have been added to the service, to improve service quality to customers.
