GUIDELINES Welcome to the MTA Call-a-Ride website. The documents on this site describe two Premium Services; Call-a-Ride and Call-a-Ride Center. These services are available to MTA certified Mobility customers who meet the eligibility requirements. These services are not part of the MTA Mobility service, but rather a separate and distinct MTA service provided under contract with participating area taxicab and sedan companies. MTA Mobility does not guarantee the availability of a particular type of vehicle or pick up time. Customers deal directly with the taxi and sedan companies. |
